PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) — The Polar Plunge, which benefits Special Olympics Oregon , kicks off tomorrow.
Plunges are happening in six different cities throughout February and the first is in Salem.
AM Extra was joined by Special Olympics Oregon’s COO Mark Hanken and athlete Rachel Parsons to talk about the event.
