Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office reports
Jan. 23
– Jason Lee Stacey, 52, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth. He was booked and released.
– Nathaniel Bradford Plath, 48, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant from Yamhill County Circuit Court for felony DUII. Bail was set at $15,000 and the case remains open.
Jan. 26
– Dario Echeverria, 35, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant from Yamhill County Circuit Court for failure to appear to face a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.
Jan. 31
– Kevin Lawrence Bakefelt, 53, of Dundee, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.
– Josue Iban Arredondo, 32, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Clackamas County. Bail was set at $20,000 and the case is on hold.
– Jose Zepactle Xotlanihua, 28, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to comply with a warrant on a charge of DUII. Bail was set at $15,000 and the case remains open.
