LEBANON Ore. (KPTV) – A fire was burning from the second story of a house Friday, according to Lebanon Fire District. Firefighters responded to a structure fire in the 3100 block of Old Santiam Highway. When they arrived on scene, crews entered the house to try to put out the fire. Firefighters said they encountered heavy smoke when they climbed the stairs to get to the second floor. As crews made their way through the house, there were live wires on the floor, coming from the solar panels located on the roof.
