LEBANON, Ore. — Lebanon firefighters responded to a structure fire in a home in the 3100 block of Old Santiam Highway on February 2. Officials said that initial reports indicated a fire from the second story out a window. After the Battalion Chief arrived on location and completed a 360 walk around the structure, he declared an offensive fire attack.
