ALBANY, Ore — The Greater Albany Public Schools district is facing some problems with educating students. Budget troubles are forcing the district to hold off on buying new materials for its curriculum. Some of the current educational materials are already decades old. Neighbors like Nathan Walker said reports of budgetary problems are not that shocking because they have heard about money problems for some time.
