The all-cash purchase of a Wilsonville retail center takes the cake as Oregon’s largest retail sale in the second half of 2023.
According to CBRE research, the $25 million sale price was the highest for a retail site in the state during the second half of 2023. It was the first time the retail center’s former owners, Village Commercial LLC, put it on the market after owning and developing the center for two decades, according to the release. The center had six competing offers to purchase it.
