Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office reports
Feb. 2
– Zelaja Alconna Battles, 48, of Newberg, was arrested on a post-prison supervision sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.
– Michael Don Olesen, 36, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from McMinnville Municipal Court. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.
– Alexis Salomon Ramirez, 26, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII, recklessly endangering another person and fourth-degree assault. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charges.
Feb. 3
– Mark Allan Ludwig, 57, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant from Yamhill County Circuit Court for failure to appear to face charges of DUII and criminal driving while suspended or revoked. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.
– Anthony Foxy Williams, 45, of Newberg, was arrested on charges of fourth-degree assault and harassment. No bail was set and the case remains open.
Feb. 4
– Dennis Daniel Russell Jr., 35, of Newberg, was arrested on charges of carrying a concealed weapon, criminal driving while suspended or revoked, possession of weapons by certain felons and failure to appear on a criminal citation. No bail was set and the case remains open.
