Stored ammunition and propane tanks exploded in a fire that engulfed a large building in rural Lebanon Sunday night, fire officials said. The two-alarm fire in the 29800 block of Santiam Terrace Road in Lebanon caused the building to collapse, and the blaze required more than 20 firefighters to bring under control, officials said.
