Urban forestry: Woodburn tree giveaway
The City of Woodburn offers residents the opportunity to receive a tree through the Urban Forestry Tree Giveaway Program.
Residents within city limits can apply for a gift certificate that can be redeemed at Al’s Garden Center in Woodburn. This program cycle runs through April or until budgeted funds are expended, whichever comes first.
