LEBANON Ore. (KPTV) – An early morning fire at an adult foster home in Lebanon left one person dead on Sunday. Representatives with the Lebanon Fire District said a passerby called 911 early Sunday morning around 1:30 a.m. about a fire at Joella’s Manor House Adult Foster Home on West Oak Street. When crews arrived, they found the roof already engulfed in flames.
