CORVALLIS, Ore — The City of Corvallis is looking to meet the demands of more housing, with 400 new units being built in four different locations. The sites include 84 Rivergreen Apartments at Midvale Drive and Rivergreen Avenue, 174 apartments at Wake Robin Avenue and Third Street, 100 apartments at Country Club Drive and 53rd street, and 47 units at Third Street Commons. The funding for these projects did not come cheap. Rivergreen costs $28,278,219. Wake Robin costs $50,485,544, the Country Club apartments cost $32,446,982, and the Third Street Commons costs $22,000,000.
