PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) – Police arrested the Rice Northwest Museum of Rocks and Minerals burglary suspect in Salem. According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, after several leads in Oregon and Washington, they arrested Vincent Charles Roberts, 33 after discovering items that were believed to be stolen from Rice Museum exhibits at a precious metals buyer in the Salem area.
