A GoFundMe page has been established for a Lyons-area family who entered this summer under the weight of devastating news.
Nate and Sara Stover’s 12-year-old son, Seth, was diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma , described as a rare, aggressive bone cancer.
Seth loves hanging out with his friends, watching his chickens and playing with his goats, Legos, video games, drawing, arts and crafts and swimming. Following the diagnosis, he immediately started treatments to combat this scourge, and Nate Stover’s sister set up the GoFundMe page to help the family: ” Help Seth get the best cancer treatment .”
The Stovers have been facing this challenge head on, asking locals to help cover treatment like MRIs and tests that may not be covered by insurance.
