SALEM, Ore. (KATU) – The family of a homicide victim is speaking out. In February, Alejandro Silva-Ramirez was shot and killed in Northeast Salem. Police said the shooting stemmed from a group of men gathering on the street for a dispute. One person was killed, two people were hurt.
