MERCED COUNTY, California – A traffic stop in central California earlier this month led to the arrest of a 24-year-old Philomath man and a 20-year-old Albany woman and the seizure of nearly 40 pounds of cocaine with an estimated street value of about $1.3 million, according to the California Highway Patrol.
