PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Another fall front will keep temperatures cool as rain returns to the forecast Friday. The latest cold front to take aim at western Oregon and Washington brings the chance of rain back to the region. Clouds are expected to increase across the region during the morning hours. It isn’t until around 10 a.m. that the rain showers arrive in Portland and much of the Willamette Valley. Cloudy and wet weather will keep temperatures in the mid-60s for Friday.
