YAMHILL COUNTY Ore. (KPTV) – A driver is dead and another was seriously injured in a crash on Highway 47 in Yamhill County on Thursday, according to the Oregon State Police. Around 12:30 p.m., police responded to milepost 30 where a car and a truck had crashed head-on. One driver, identified as 53-year-old Lois Eileen Osborne of Gaston, was found dead at the scene.
