Freezes likely Thursday, Friday mornings then BIG rain likely this Sunday. Coldest temperatures the next couple mornings will be in the south Willamette Valley and Foothills. Heaviest rain will hold off mostly until Sunday, but showers possible Saturday and as early as Saturday morning. This is mostly a rain event event as this is a pretty strong Atmospheric River pulling in some rich tropical moisture, but cold air will eventually arrive out of Alaska dropping snow levels to as low as 5,000-feet on Sunday night into Monday, including all mountain passes that could easily get about a half-foot of snow.
