CORVALLIS, Ore. — For the second time in the last four weeks, Oregon Tech’s Lucy Boyd was named Cascade Conference Setter of the Week, announced by the league office. The true freshman, from Cave Creek, Ariz., helped the Lady Owls to weekend sweeps of Walla Walla and Lewis-Clark State, giving Tech a potential postseason tiebreak edge on both programs.
