PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) — An Oregon fall staple returns as the Polk County smiley face returns with the autumn change of the golden larch trees.
Oregon’s beloved “Smiley Face Hill” was visible from the air on Thursday from former KOIN 6 meteorologist Natasha Stenbock . The recent return of sunnier skies has helped make many trees across the region pop over the last few days.
