Chasing the Perfect Burger: Juicy Finds on Our Oregon Road Trip

After hearing rave reviews about Slangers, we finally made it a point to stop by and see what all the buzz was about. This food truck, tucked just outside of the Fitzgerald Public House on Liberty Street, has quickly gained a reputation among locals, and for good reason.

Ordering was a breeze. Within about 10 minutes of placing our order, we had a freshly made meal in hand, and the aroma alone promised something special. Slangers keeps it simple—just one burger and one set of fries on the menu—but this simplicity sets a high bar, and they certainly delivered.
