LAKE OSWEGO Ore. (KPTV) – One of the plaintiffs in the 2024 Oswego Lake case was kayaking on the now public lake Saturday afternoon and returned to a vandalized car.
Mark Kramer, one of the plaintiffs in the case, said he had gone kayaking in the lake with fellow plaintiff, Todd Prager.
