Salem scouts step up for Drain community, donating essential supplies after storm floods

DRAIN, Ore. — A Cub Scout pack is helping a Douglas County community with its recovery following a storm that caused flooding over the weekend.

The Cub Scout Pack 19 from Salem has made 100 toiletry bags and is donating them to the Drain community to support anyone effected by the floods.
