SEASIDE, Ore. ( KOIN ) — The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is grappling with budget constraints, leaving critical stretches of road, like Highway 26 near Saddle Mountain, in dangerous condition.

After three crashes in just one week, drivers are demanding immediate action.
