Oregon DHS seeks help to find missing foster child Joshua Makalea, 17, believed in danger

MONMOUTH, Ore. — The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS), Child Welfare Division, asks the public to help find Joshua Makalea, 17, a child in foster care who went missing from Monmouth on March 14.

“He is believed to be in danger,” ODHS says.
