Mid-Valley Gastroenterology, which has been serving the Corvallis area since 1997, will join Samaritan Health Services and be renamed Samaritan Gastroenterology — Corvallis, the healthcare system announced.
The transition is scheduled to take place April 1. The clinic’s location and contact information will remain unchanged.
“Their clinical services, including those offered at the Samaritan Endoscopy Center, are vital to our community and will continue,” Dr. Robert Turngren, senior vice president and chief physician executive at Samaritan Health Services, said through a news release. “While the clinic focuses on a full spectrum of gastroenterology services, their role in supporting early detection of colon cancer is foundational to a healthy community and essential to our mission of building healthier communities.”…
