PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) — April will start mostly dry as the threat for an isolated thunderstorm returns to the Willamette Valley the early Tuesday evening.
Patchy early morning fog will quickly transition to mostly cloudy skies Tuesday morning. The cloudy and cool start to the day will keep afternoon temperatures in the mid-50s along the Willamette Valley.
Additional rain accumulation will be minimal Tuesday. The greatest amounts of rain will be found south of Linn and Benton counties. Portland will likely see less than a tenth of an inch of rain.
