Friends of Chehalem Trails will celebrate Arbor Day with an effort near and dear to the organization’s collective heart – a work project to enhance Friends Park.
The park, located in southeast Newberg at the southern terminus of Corrine and Kennedy drives and near Sportsman Airpark, will be the subject of Friends Park Volunteer Day in morning and afternoon shifts from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 26.
