CORVALLIS, Ore. — Oregon State University prepares to officially reopen Withycombe Hall, a historic building transformed through a $71 million renovation into a hub for innovation in agricultural science and student-driven food production.
At the heart of the project is the new Beaver Classic Creamery, a public-facing creamery that sells student-made ice cream, cheese and honey. It will be open from noon to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and noon to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday at 2901 Southwest Campus Way.
But Withycombe Hall is more than just a place to satisfy your sweet tooth…
