SALEM, Ore. (KATU) — A 16-year-old boy was arrested in connection with a shooting incident in Salem on Tuesday.
Salem Police were called out to the scene near Elm St. NW and Kingwood Ave. NW after several neighbors called in to report on hearing multiple gunshots.
