Three young Woodburn artists have been selected as the inaugural recipients of the city of Woodburn’s 2025 Visual Arts Scholarships.
This year’s winners are Woodburn High School seniors Yazmin Lopez Chavez, Hailey Helzer and Bill Cortes. Each was chosen for their work, which reflects a strong connection to Woodburn’s geographic and cultural identity.
