SALEM Ore. (KPTV) – A New affordable housing complex is opening in Salem. It’s designed to help refugees who are re-settling in the U.S.
On Monday, a celebration was held at “Blossom Gardens.” The new community reportedly offers 90 living units, with a certain amount set aside for refugees.
