Tara Leeann Griffin, formerly known as Tara Leeann Davies, has been convicted of assault in the first degree and criminal mistreatment in the first degree involving an infant, whom she was responsible for.
The 41-year-old Dallas resident was found guilty by Polk County Circuit Judge pro tem following a four-day trial in April.
