SALEM Ore. (KPTV) – Supporters of a new proposed law that would make it easier to fix wheelchairs rallied in Salem.
Right now, Oregon allows owners and third parties to fix products when they break without having to rely on the manufacturer.
But that bill only applied to consumer electronics, like cell phones…
