PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Police are searching for a suspect in an alleged “upskirting” incident that happened at a Sherwood Target store Wednesday evening, authorities said.
Around 6:30 p.m., a man inside the store was “using his cell phone to take videos and/or photos underneath multiple women’s skirts/dresses while they were shopping,” the Sherwood Police Department said in a Facebook post.

Police also released a photo of the suspect, who left the store in a black Chevrolet or GMC truck, officials said.
