A two-week closure of Caplinger Road SE will begin on June 23 to allow for improvements to make the street safer for southeast Salem elementary students.
Traffic will be closed in both directions for construction between Macleay Road SE and Fruitland Meadows Apartments. Only local traffic for seven impacted properties will be allowed within the closed section of the road.
