PHOENIX (KATU) — Ali Briskey had two failing lungs that required a double transplant.
Briskey, 41, is a wife and mother of two young boys. She grew up in the Phoenix area before moving to Salem. She had been living with the autoimmune disease scleroderma for years before the disease progressed to interstitial lung disease.
