Three 18-year-olds from Portland were arrested in Corvallis Friday night, accused of robbing a man at gunpoint in a parking lot along the historic Newport bayfront earlier that evening.
Newport Police officers were first called out just after 6 p.m. to Southwest Bay Boulevard on reports of an armed robbery.
