The Woodburn Police Department has announced that it will be increasing traffic safety enforcement for the start of the new school year.
This increased traffic safety enforcement will begin when classes start Monday, Aug. 25, and last through Friday, Sept. 5. This stricter enforcement will take place in all Woodburn school zones.
According to Woodburn police, officers will focus on speeding, seatbelt use, unlawful use of mobile devices while driving and other “unsafe driving behaviors” during this time period…
