Frito-Lay warehouse, parks district among those fined by DEQ in July

The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality levied six fines in July, totaling $63,634.

They included a plywood mill discharging hydraulic oil to a river, a food manufacturer failing to monitor stormwater and a machinery sales facility operating without a required permit.
