Mount Angel teacher Korrie Shull was honored Thursday, Sept. 18, as one of Oregon’s 16 Regional Teachers of the Year for 2025-26.
Shull, who teaches agriculture sciences and technology at John F. Kennedy High School, was surprised with the announcement during a staff meeting. The award, presented by the Oregon Department of Education in partnership with the Oregon Lottery, recognizes outstanding educators across the state who demonstrate innovation, leadership and a deep commitment to their students.
