SALEM, Ore. — The Pacific Lutheran Univeristy women’s soccer team blanked the Williamette University Bearcats 3-0 on Saturday afternoon.
Lutes improve their overall record to 3-2-3 and 3-0-1 in Northwest Conference play. PLU has a combined overall record pf 16-0-2 in their last 18 matches against the Bearcats with their last defeat coming in 2015.
“I was really proud of our second half performance today,” Head Coach Seth Spidahl noted. “It’s a tough week, you know four games in eight days, its really challenging and I’m really proud of the players. We’re excited to be where we are at and we have two days off next week. Can’t wait to be back in front of our friends and family at home next week.”…
