ALBANY, Ore. (KATU) — Albany Police have released the identity of a man who died in a scooter related crash last week. On Friday, September 26, Albany Police responded to a crash involving a scooter and Ford F-150.
Officials say that when police arrived, they found an unconscious, but breathing male in the roadway.
Kevin Apeck, 34, of Albany was taken to a hospital in Albany before being transferred to a Corvallis hospital. Officials say Apeck later succumbed to his injuries…
