Salem, OR – Dozens of drivers were cited for speeding Tuesday during a coordinated traffic safety operation across Salem, according to the Salem Police Department. The October 22 “Speed Saturation Project” focused on two major corridors: the Marion Street Bridge and Highway 22 near Oak Knoll Golf Course.
According to police, the morning enforcement took place on the Marion Street Bridge, where the posted speed limit is 35 mph.
