After seven years with Legislative Advocates, Salem native Kelsey Wilson is launching BLOCK 84 Government Affairs on Nov. 1. Wilson also worked for Gallatin Public Affairs and Vox Public Relations/Public Affairs. When Salem was laid out in 1846, Block 84 was the site designated for the statehouse.
