A Pacific storm system is forecast to drench parts of the West Coast this week, bringing multiple days of steady rain to communities from northern California to western Oregon. Meteorologists are forecasting more than an inch of rain in dozens of cities, with some small towns expecting nearly four inches of precipitation within a 72-hour period.
