A Mill City woman died and four others were injured Thursday in a head-on crash on Highway 20 in Linn County; investigation ongoing.
Linn County, OR. — A woman was killed and several others injured Thursday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 20 near milepost 4, according to the Oregon State Police (OSP).
The crash occurred around 4:20 p.m. on October 30, 2025, when an eastbound Ford F-150 pulling a flatbed trailer, driven by Christopher Jon Forum, 47, of Sweet Home, crossed into the westbound lane and struck a Toyota 4Runner driven by Doranna Lee Morris, 73, of Mill City, nearly head-on.
Morris was pronounced dead at the scene. Her passengers—Nicole Lynn Dekanu, 27, of Albany, along with three children, a 7-year-old boy, a 4-year-old boy, and a 1-year-old girl—were transported to a nearby hospital with minor injuries…
