Three Oregon Suspects Arrested in Vancouver Murder Linked to Attempted Hellcat Robbery

Clark County Sheriff’s Office arrested three Oregon suspects in connection with Jacob Hall’s murder during an attempted car theft in Vancouver, aided by federal marshals.

Vancouver, WA. — The Clark County Sheriff’s Office announced three arrests connected to the October 26 murder of 40-year-old Jacob Hall during an attempted vehicle robbery in Vancouver.

Detectives with the Major Crimes Unit (MCU) developed probable cause and secured warrants for three suspects on charges of Murder in the First Degree.

On October 30, 2025, Tyresse Hammer, 24, of Beaverton, was arrested in Woodburn, Oregon, with assistance from the U.S. Marshals Service Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force (USMS PNVOTF) and the Woodburn Police Department.
