A man involved in an altercation in the West Salem Roth’s parking lot in October that left another man seriously injured will not be charged, the Polk County District Attorney’s Office said.
Salem Police responded to a disturbance at the grocery store at 1130 Wallace Road NW at about 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 19, according to Salem Police spokesperson Sgt. Jonathan Hardy.
