Three people were injured after an explosion at the Woodburn Inn on Nov. 8, according to Woodburn Police.
Police responded at 10:42 p.m. to a report of an explosion at the motel, located at 1025 N. Pacific Highway, and found a 25-year-old man outside one of the ground-level rooms suffering from “non-life-threatening bleeding injuries.”
